Shipping policy

We offer 2 delivery options using Royal Mail Special Delivery services (if other courier services are used you will be notified) to ensure safe arrival.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery :  £8.95 - We recommend this service (next working day guaranteed if ordered by 3pm). Next Day Special Delivery will automatically be used for  purchases.

Collect from store : FREE - Following confirmation, items are usually ready to collect within an hour. 

If you have chosen to collect your item from our store, you will be required to bring your order confirmation, photographic proof of your identity (such as a passport or driving license). Following confirmation, you will be able to collect your order from anytime between Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am - 5pm. 

International delivery - Please email info@simply-jewellery.com

Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500 to one address. Orders received after 15:00 pm will be delivered the following day (excluding Friday).

If you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, this may take longer. Simply Jewellery will make the best endeavors to deliver on time but can not guarantee any time-sensitive requests.

All parcels must be signed for in person.

In case of a failed delivery attempt, the package will not be left with an alternative person or delivery location. Instead, a delivery attempt card will be left, and you will be required to collect your item from your local depot. You will need to bring your delivery card and identification in order to collect your parcel.

Should you wish to return an item, please email  returns@simply-jewellery.com. We will then send you a returns guide which includes instructions on how to return your item successfully. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured delivery option) for return to be fulfilled. Packaging should also be kept for the period you are able to return the goods, as this will help ensure a secure and safe return.

If you place your order online before 15:00, your jewellery will arrive the next day by Royal Mail (Monday - Thursday, excluding public holidays). Insured secure delivery to address within the UK. Orders placed before 12:00pm on Friday will arrive on Saturday. If you place your order after 12:00pm on Friday, your order will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday due to our operating hours.
