We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with any enclosures including certification accompanied with the item.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@simply-jewellery.com to let us know what item you are returning, the reason for return along with your full name and order number. Please refer to the returns guide containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS GUIDE
Please package and return items in the following way:
Place jewellery items back in the Simply Jewellery boxThen, place the box and jewellery back within the original shipping bag.Place items material provided with the original order, including certificate of authenticity but excluding the invoice.Shipping box should be sealed.
Please make sure you return your item (s) with Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe arrival, as we will not be responsible for items not received to Simply Jewellery.
As part of our return policy you must return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as received. Please contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can not be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please note. we do not accept earring returns for hygienic purposes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us and let us know (1) which item you would like to return and (2) which item you would like to exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you your new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
