If you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, this may take longer. Simply Jewellery will make the best endeavours to deliver on time, but can not guarantee any time-sensitive requests.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, the package will not be left with an alternative person or delivery location. Instead, a delivery attempt card will be left and you will be required to collect your item from your local depot. You will need to bring your delivery card and identification in order to collect your parcel.
If you have chosen to collect your item from our store, you will be required to bring photographic proof of your identity (such as a passport or driving license) with the payment card used to place order. You will be able to collect your order from 10:00 - 17:00 Tuesday - Saturday.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with any enclosures including certification accompanied with the item.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com to let us know what item you are returning, the reason for return along with your full name and order number. Please refer to the returns guide containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please package and return items in the following way:
- Place jewellery items back in the Simply Jewellery box
- Then, place the box and jewellery back within the original shipping bag.
- Place items material provided with the original order, including certificate of authenticity but excluding the invoice.
- Shipping box should be sealed.
If the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged due to a manufacturer’s fault, you can request a replacement or refund. However, if damage has occurred due to misuse no refund will be made. After inspecting the item you will be notified a) whether the item will be refunded b) when the refund will be processed.
Please make sure you return your item (s) with Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe arrival, as we will not be responsible for items not received to Simply Jewellery.
